How do we check availability and book for our date?
* You will first need to contact Love Luck Productions through our Website/Email/Instagram or Facebook.
To check that we are available for your date, once we have confirmed, you can then fill out our booking form on our website.

Do we have to pay a deposit?*

* Yes, a non-refundable deposit of £200 is due on the day of booking.

When is the last date of payment due?
* 6 Weeks before your wedding date.

What are the ways we can pay?
* Cash, Bank Transfer or Through Square.

How long will my video be?

* The Wedding Video can range from 45 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes long.

Mostly depending on quantity/length of speeches. Plus any entertainment, it may be more or less.

* Highlights Video will be up to 3 - 5 Minutes long. 

* Teaser Trailer will be under a minute long.

Is the filming style intrusive?

* No, Love Luck Productions is very much like a fly on the wall documenting style.

How early do you start on the day of filming?

* Love Luck Productions will arrive 3 hours before the Ceremony Time, this would be to capture Bridal Preparation if applicable, The Venue and the boys/guests arriving.

How long will it take to get my final copy?

* Depending on the approval phase it will be between 2 - 8 weeks.

Are you insured?

* Yes we are insured, most venues require insurance up to 5 million.

Do we need a Video Licence?

* Yes. You will need a Video Licence that you can provide yourself or we can supply on your behalf.

What is a Video Licence?

* You will require a Limited Manufacture Licence from PSR for music.

This is when music is played during the ceremony – example songs from a CD.

Filming a ceremony where music is played can affect copyright permissions. Any service which includes, music, poetry or any other creative works that are in the copyright bracket, should not be recorded without first obtaining permission from the copyright owners, either directly or through the cover of a copyright licence.

Do you require any food on the day of our wedding?

* Not at all, Love Luck Productions will provide themselves with snacks on your big day.
