We also accept card through Squareup - with an additional charge of 3%.
DO WE HAVE A FINAL MEETING?
Yes, we will arrange a meeting with you, around 4 weeks before your wedding day.
HOW EARLY DO YOU START ON THE DAY?
We aim to arrive 2.5 hours before your ceremony time.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes we are insured, most venues require insurance up to 5 Million.
HOW DO WE BOOK?
Once your date has been confirmed, you can book through the booking form on our website.
WHEN IS THE LAST DATE OF PAYMENT?
Final payment is due 6 Weeks before your wedding date.
HOW LONG WILL MY VIDEO BE?
- The Wedding Video can range from 45 minutes - 1 hour 45 minutes.
Highlight Video - Around 5-8 Minutes Long.
Teaser Video - Around a minute long.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET OUR FINAL COPY?
Depending on the approval stage, it can take up to 6-12 weeks.
It all depends on how long our editing list is.
DO WE NEED A VIDEO LICENCE?
Yes, you will require a Video Licence.
We can arrange this on your behalf, or you can supply this yourselves.
DO WE HAVE TO PAY DEPOSIT?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of £200 is due on the day of booking to secure your wedding date.
CAN WE HAVE DRONE?
Of course, as long as Drone is permitted at your chosen venue
(we always recommend checking first)
and the weather's playing ball.
IS THE FILMING STYLE INTRUSIVE?
No, Love Luck pride themselves on having a documentary filming style.
Very much like a fly on the wall.
HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP OUR FOOTAGE?
We keep all final video products and raw footage for 6 months after your wedding date.
DO YOU REQUIRE FOOD ON THE DAY?
Not at all :)
We feel you already have enough to pay for on your big day.
But we'd never turn down a yummy dinner.
